International Air Transport

We provide medical air transportation between the U.S. and anywhere in the world – whether it’s transporting an ambulatory patient to the U.S. for a scheduled medical appointment or treatment or a critical care patient for specialized treatment that is not available in their home country, or repatriation to the U.S. for emergency care for patients who become ill or injured while travelling abroad.

Medical Escort Service

Our Medical Escort services involve providing trained healthcare professionals, such as nurses, paramedics or physicians, to accompany patients who require medical supervision and assistance during travel on commercial airline flights. This is a cost-effective, non-emergency option for those who are medically stable but need help with things like oxygen, medication, or mobility during transit. Medical escorts assist with a patient’s medical needs while also handling practicalities like airport logistics and ensuring a safe transfer upon arrival at the destination. To be eligible, patients must be cleared to fly on a commercial flight.

Air Shuttle Service
Currently Under Development

Despite the U.S having the most advanced medical care in the world, there are significant disparities in the care available to patients based on where they live. Access to advanced medical care can be a major issue for patients who live in who rural areas or beyond reasonable driving distances from a major medical center. We are currently working with a major medical center to develop a regional air transportation shuttle service for patients that live beyond a reasonable driving distance from the nearest medical center, to transport them to scheduled procedures and appointments. Our shuttle service will be designed to efficiently transport multiple patients and will increase access to advanced medical care for patients who live in areas where such care is not available locally. Once launched in the initial treatment area, we anticipate being able to replicate this model with other medical centers throughout the U.S.

Medical Records Transfer

Medical records are a critical component to both routine and emergency care because they provide vital information for diagnosis and treatment, can be lifesaving, and help ensure the correct course of action is taken. While sharing medical records may seem as simple as pressing a button and sending them, in reality obtaining records and sharing them with the treating facility in a timely manner can be difficult and complicated. We can facilitate the transfer of medical records for the patients we transport, whether for scheduled medical care or emergency repatriation, including navigating the regulatory and technological complexities of obtaining medical records and transmitting them to the treating facility, ensuring patients receive the best possible medical care.
