We provide portal to portal medical transportation services domestically throughout the U.S. as well as internationally, between any point in the world and the U.S. We utilize state of the art aircraft that are appropriately equipped with advanced medical equipment and staffed with medical personnel appropriate for each patient’s medical condition. We provide ground transportation from the patient’s home or origination treatment facility to the departure airport and from the arrival airport to the destination treatment facility making for a seamless travel experience. We also provide ancillary services such as obtaining and transferring patient medical records, translating medical records, assistance with obtaining U.S. visas, and providing private security.

All patient transportation flights are conducted under FAA Part 135 regulations. FAA Part 135 is a set of regulations from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) that governs commercial aviation operations for non-scheduled “on-demand” and commuter air carriers. It establishes the standards for safety and operation for smaller-scale commercial flights, including charter services and air taxis. To operate under Part 135, a company must hold a Part 135 certificate, which requires them to comply with rules on aircraft maintenance, pilot licensing, crew rest, and insurance. Adherence to FAA Part 135 standards ensures a level of safety not necessarily available from flights not operated or subject to these regulations, including flights operated by volunteer pilot organizations. Our aircraft are equipped and our pilots trained for flight in all weather conditions, minimizing the chance of a flight being cancelled due to inclement weather. All flights are piloted by highly trained and experienced two pilot flight crews.
